Electrical ratings include 4.7 A per pin when mated with SSW (2 positions powered), voltage ratings of 495 VAC (mated with BCS) or 475 VAC (mated with SSM), and a maximum data rate of 8 Gbps. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.

 

This header is an Extended Life Product (ELP) meeting 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas testing and is SET qualified for severe environment use, also meeting MIL-DTL-55302 requirements. It includes a polyimide pick-and-place pad for automated assembly.

 

Packaging is tape & reel with 175 pieces per full reel, and termination is solder for surface mount processing. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
