The Samtec TSM-105-03-L-DH is a 10-position, 2-row, 2.54mm pitch surface mount right angle unshrouded header from the TSM series. It features 0.025" square phosphor bronze contacts with 10µin gold plating on the mating post and matte tin on the termination tail, housed in a black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0.

 

This connector supports up to 8 Gbps data rates and is rated for 4.7A per pin when mated with SSW sockets (2 positions powered) and 495VAC when mated with BCS sockets. It is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and is qualified for Severe Environment Testing (SET), meeting or exceeding MIL-DTL-55302 requirements.

 

The -DH lead style provides a post height of 10.67mm (0.420") for bottom mount or pass-through applications. The part is lead-free solderable and operates from -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
