The Samtec TSM-105-02-T-DV-010 is a .100" (2.54mm) pitch surface mount terminal strip from the TSM series. It features a double row vertical (DV) configuration with 10 positions and an 8.13mm (.320") post height (lead style -02). The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with Tin plating over 50µ" nickel underplate.

 

This header supports up to 8 Gbps data rate and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 105°C with Tin finish. Electrical ratings vary by mating socket: 4.7 A with SSW socket, 5.4 A with SSM, 4.1 A with HLE, 5.0 A with BCS when two positions are powered. Voltage rating is 495 VAC when mated with BCS (SV/DV) and 475 VAC with SSM. It is an Extended Life Product (ELP) with 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas qualification and is Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified meeting MIL-DTL-55302.

 

The component is packaged in tubes with 45 pieces per tube. It is surface mount with solder termination, suited for board-to-board or cable applications.
