The Samtec TSM-105-02-S-DV-TR is a .100in (2.54mm) pitch surface mount strip header from the TSM series. It features 10 positions arranged in 2 rows with a vertical orientation. The male pins are square posts plated with 30µin gold on the mating area and matte tin on the tails. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.
This connector supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is qualified as an Extended Life Product (ELP) with mating cycles ranging from 250 to 2500. It is rated for 5.4A per pin when mated with SSM sockets (2 positions powered) and 495 VAC when mated with BCS. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C (with gold plating).
The header is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type and uses solder termination. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 200 pieces per reel. The lead style -02 provides a post height of 0.320in (8.13mm).
