It features 0.025" square phosphor bronze posts with 10µin gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail, over 50µin nickel underplating. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.

 

This header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and mates with Samtec socket families such as SSW, SSM, BCS, and HLE. Electrical ratings include up to 5.4A per pin (mated with SSM) and voltage ratings up to 495 VAC (mated with BCS). The part supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is lead-free solderable.

 

The component is packaged in tubes of 45 pieces and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C (with gold plating). It is an Extended Life Product (ELP) qualified for high mating cycles and severe environment testing per MIL-DTL-55302.
