The TSM-105-01-T-DV is a 10-position, 2-row surface mount header from Samtec's TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 2.54mm row spacing, with unshrouded square pins. The connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and is terminated via surface mount soldering.
This header uses phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating, housed in a black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0. It offers multiple current ratings depending on the mating socket: up to 5.4A per pin when mated with SSM, and up to 5.0A with BCS. Voltage ratings reach 495 VAC when mated with BCS. The connector supports data rates up to 8 Gbps.
The TSM-105-01-T-DV is an Extended Life Product, passing 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas testing and achieving high mating cycles (250 to 2,500). It is also Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified and meets MIL-DTL-55302 testing requirements. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C.
Packaging is tube format with 45 pieces per tube. The part is lead-free solderable and has a lead coplanarity of 0.13mm maximum for the 10-position configuration.
