The TSM-105-01-S-DV is a 10-position, 2-row, 2.54mm pitch surface mount header from Samtec's TSM series. It features unshrouded, 0.635mm square posts with 30 microinch gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail for reliable solderability. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.
Electrical performance includes current ratings up to 5.4A per pin (mated with SSM) and voltage ratings up to 495 VAC (mated with BCS). It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The header is lead-free solderable and designed for demanding applications.
Packaged in tubes of 45 pieces, the part is suitable for surface mount assembly. It mates with a variety of Samtec sockets such as SSW, SSM, and BCS, enabling board-to-board and cable-to-board configurations.
