The Samtec TSM-105-01-S-DH is a .100in (2.54mm) pitch surface mount strip header with 10 positions arranged in 2 rows. This right-angle header features .025in square male pins with a post height of .230in (5.84mm). The contact finish is 30.0µin (0.76µm) gold on the post and matte tin on the tail, over 50µin nickel underplating. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and mates with Samtec socket families such as SSW, SSM, BCS, and HLE. Current ratings per pin vary by mating connector: 4.7A with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C for gold-plated versions.
The TSM series is an Extended Life Product (ELP) passing 10 year Mixed Flowing Gas testing and achieving high mating cycles (250 to 2,500). It is also Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified, meeting MIL-DTL-55302 testing requirements.
