The TSM-105-01-L-DV-P is a 10-position, 2-row surface mount header from Samtec's TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and vertical orientation, with unshrouded male pins terminated via solder. The contact system uses 0.025" square phosphor bronze posts with 10µin gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the tails, ensuring reliable connections.
Electrically, this header supports up to 8 Gbps data rates and carries current ratings dependent on the mating connector: 4.7A with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS. Voltage ratings are 495 VAC (mated with BCS) and 475 VAC (mated with SSM). The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, and the insulator is black liquid crystal polymer rated UL94 V-0.
The header is designed for surface mount assembly with a pick-and-place pad for automated placement. Packaging options include tube (46 pieces) and tape & reel (minimum 150 pieces). It is lead-free solderable and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited floor life).
As an Extended Life Product, it passes 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas testing and achieves high mating cycles (250 to 2,500). It is also SET qualified for severe environment testing, meeting MIL-DTL-55302 test requirements. Ideal for board-to-board and cable-to-board applications requiring high reliability and moderate data rates.
