The Samtec TSM-105-01-L-DV is a 10-position, dual-row unshrouded male pin header designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications. Featuring a 2.54mm pitch and surface mount termination, this connector is suitable for compact and high-density assemblies.
The header uses phosphor bronze contacts with 10µin gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail, ensuring reliable electrical performance. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and meets UL94 V-0 flammability requirements. Current ratings vary by mating connector: up to 5.4A per pin when mated with SSM series, and up to 495 VAC when mated with BCS series.
The insulator is molded from black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) for high-temperature compatibility. The push-pull fastening type and square contact shape allow secure connections. Lead-free soldering is supported.
