The Samtec TSM-105-01-F-SV-P-TR is a 5 position, single row, vertical surface mount male pin header from the TSM series. It features an unshrouded design with 2.54mm pitch and square 0.025" posts with a post height of 0.230" (5.84mm). The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold flash on the post and matte tin on the tail, with a contact finish thickness of 3.00µin on the gold flash. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. This connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and supports up to 8 Gbps data rate typical. It is rated for 495 VAC when mated with BCS series sockets and 475 VAC when mated with SSM series sockets. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The header is surface mount mounted and features push-pull fastening. It includes a pick and place feature for automated assembly. Packaging is Tape & Reel with 200 parts per package.
