The TSM-104-04-SM-SV-P-TR is a surface mount male pin header from Samtec's TSM series of .100" (2.54mm) pitch terminal strips. This 4-position single-row connector features .025" square phosphor bronze contacts with a 30 µin tin plating, housed in a black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0. The unshrouded push-pull design offers a mating post height of 3.05mm and an insulation height of 2.54mm, suitable for board-to-board or cable interconnections.
Designed for automated surface mount assembly, the header supports pick-and-place processing and is available in Tape & Reel packaging (275 pieces per reel). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C when mated with tin-plated contacts, as specified in the datasheet. This part is part of Samtec's Extended Life Product (ELP) family, ensuring high mating cycle durability.
Electrical ratings (current and voltage) are dependent on the mating socket configuration; refer to the datasheet for mated current ratings such as 5.4A with SSM series sockets.
