The Samtec TSM-104-01-S-SH is a 4-position, single row surface mount header with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. It features unshrouded male pins with a square 0.025" post, designed for board-to-board or cable applications. The contact system uses phosphor bronze with a gold plating on the mating area (30µin) and matte tin on the solder tails, ensuring reliable conductivity and solderability.
This header is rated for 4.7A per pin (with 2 positions powered) and a voltage rating of 495 VAC when mated with the BCS series. It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps, making it suitable for high-speed signal transmission.
