TSM-104-01-S-DV-P-TR

The Samtec TSM-104-01-S-DV-P-TR is a surface mount male pin header from the TSM series. It features 8 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The connector is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type and uses a square pin contact system. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish and 30µin gold on the post portion. The insulation is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating or -55°C to +105°C with tin plating. The voltage rating is 495 VAC when mated with BCS series, and current rating is up to 5.4A per pin when mated with SSM. Performance supports up to 8 Gbps, and the part is SET qualified for severe environment testing. It includes a pick and place pad for automated assembly and is packaged in Tape & Reel (200 parts per reel). The header is lead-free solderable and mates with several Samtec socket families including SSW, BCS, SSM, IDSS, and IDSD.
