The contacts are phosphor bronze with 10µ" gold plating on the mating surface and matte tin on the tails, housed in a black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0.

 

This header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. It includes a pick-and-place pad for automated assembly and is packaged in tape and reel (200 pieces per reel). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.

 

Electrical ratings include current per pin up to 5.4A when mated with SSM sockets and voltage ratings up to 495 VAC when mated with BCS sockets. The part is lead-free solderable and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
