The Samtec TSM-103-03-L-SH is a .100" (2.54mm) pitch surface mount terminal strip from the TSM series. This connector has 3 positions in a single row with a right-angle orientation, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10µ" gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the termination tails, ensuring reliable electrical performance.
The insulator is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C for the gold-plated version. Current ratings vary by mating socket: 4.7A with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS. Voltage ratings are 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC with SSM.
This part is an Extended Life Product (ELP) qualified for 250 to 2,500 mating cycles and meets MIL-DTL-55302 testing requirements. It is lead-free solderable and available in tube packaging (76 per tube) or tape and reel (option -TR).
