The TSM-103-02-T-SV-TR is a 3-position, single row, unshrouded male pin header from Samtec's TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for surface mount soldering. The header uses phosphor bronze contacts with matte tin plating and a black liquid crystal polymer insulator, rated UL94 V-0.
This header supports up to 8 Gbps data rate and is SET qualified for severe environment testing. It meets or exceeds MIL-DTL-55302 requirements. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C. Current rating depends on mating connector, ranging from 4.1A to 5.4A per pin with two positions powered. Voltage rating is up to 495 VAC when mated with BCS series.
The header is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 300 units per reel. It is lead-free solderable and RoHS compliant. The -02 lead style provides a post height of 8.13mm, suitable for mating with SSM series sockets. This component is ideal for board-to-board and cable interconnect applications requiring high reliability.
