The Samtec TSM-103-02-T-SV-P-TR is a 3-position, single row surface mount header from the TSM series, designed for board-to-board and wire-to-board applications. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and unshrouded male pin contacts made of phosphor bronze with matte tin plating. The black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator provides UL94 V-0 flammability rating and supports operating temperatures from -55°C to +105°C.
This header is an Extended Life Product (ELP) with a typical mating cycle range of 250 to 2500, and is Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified, meeting MIL-DTL-55302 requirements. It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. The 8.13mm (.320") post height is designed to mate with Samtec SSM series receptacles, among others. The part is supplied in Tape and Reel packaging (175 per full reel) and includes a Pick and Place pad for automated assembly.
Current ratings vary with mating connector: 4.7A per pin (mated with SSW), 5.4A (mated with SSM), 4.1A (mated with HLE), and 5.0A (mated with BCS). Voltage ratings are 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC when mated with SSM. The product is lead-free solderable and RoHS3 compliant (unverified), with MSL Level 1 Unlimited.
