The Samtec TSM-103-02-L-SH-K-TR is a 3-position, 1-row, 2.54mm (0.100") pitch unshrouded male pin header designed for surface-mount, right-angle mounting. Part of the TSM series, this connector features a 0.025" square post contact system with a post height of 8.13mm (0.320") and an insulation height of 3.05mm (0.120").
The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a 10µ" gold finish on the post and matte tin on the tail, over a 50µ" nickel underplate, offering reliable signal integrity. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This header is rated for up to 8 Gbps data rate and is designed for board-to-board or cable connections. It includes a pick-and-place feature for automated assembly and is packaged in tape and reel with 425 pieces per reel. The right-angle orientation allows for space-saving designs on PCBs.
Mating options include Samtec sockets such as SSW, SSM, and HLE, among others. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, with an MSL of 1 (unlimited). Note: compliance status is based on database records and should be verified with the manufacturer.
