The Samtec TSM-103-02-L-DV is a surface mount board-to-board header from the TSM series. It features 6 positions arranged in 2 rows on a standard 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The connector uses 0.025" (0.635mm) square phosphor bronze contacts with 10 µ" gold plating on the post and tin on the tail, ensuring reliable signal integrity and solderability.
This header is designed for vertical mounting and supports data rates up to 8 Gbps, making it suitable for high-speed digital applications. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C and meets UL94 V-0 flammability requirements. The insulator is made from black liquid crystal polymer (LCP).
Current rating varies by mating connector: 4.7A with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS (2 positions powered). Voltage rating reaches 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC with SSM. The part is lead-free solderable and qualified for severe environment testing (SET).
