Contacts are phosphor bronze with 10µin gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.

 

Electrical ratings vary by mating connector: 495 VAC mated with BCS, 475 VAC mated with SSM. Current rating per pin (2 positions powered) is up to 5.4A with SSM, 5.0A with BCS, 4.7A with SSW, and 4.1A with HLE. The connector supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.

 

This part is surface mount (SMT) with solder termination, and is lead-free solderable. It is SET (Severe Environment Testing) qualified, meeting or exceeding MIL-DTL-55302, and is an Extended Life Product (ELP) rated for high mating cycles (250 to 2,500).
