The Samtec TSM-103-01-G-DV is a surface mount .025" square post header from the TSM series. It features 6 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 2.54mm pitch and row spacing. The connector is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable connections. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold flash finish (10µin) on the post and matte tin on the tail. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. This component is lead-free solderable and supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. Current ratings vary with mating socket: 5.4A with SSM, 4.7A with SSW, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS. Voltage ratings are 495 VAC (mated with BCS) and 475 VAC (mated with SSM). The connector is packaged in tubes of 76 pieces. It is an Extended Life Product (ELP) certified for high mating cycles (250 to 2,500) and passes 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas testing. It is also Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified. Alternative part numbers with different plating are available.
