The Samtec TSM-102-04-S-SV is a 2-position, single row, 2.54mm (0.100") pitch surface mount strip header from the TSM series. It features a 0.025" square post with a 0.120" (3.05mm) post height, gold plating (30µin) over 50µin nickel on phosphor bronze contacts. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The connector is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type and is designed for board-to-board or cable connections.
This header is an Extended Life Product™, passing 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas (MFG) testing and rated for high mating cycles (250 to 2,500). It is Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified per MIL-DTL-55302. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. It is lead-free solderable and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
The component is available in bulk packaging, with alternate tape and reel options (TSM-102-04-S-SV-TR). It mates with a wide range of Samtec socket series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, BSW, ESW, ESQ, BCS, SLW, CES, and HLE.
