The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The contact material is phosphor bronze with 30µin gold on the post and matte tin on the tail, over 50µin nickel underplating.

 

This part is an Extended Life Product (ELP) with 10 year Mixed Flowing Gas (MFG) performance and high mating cycles (250 to 2,500). It is also Severe Environment Testing (SET) qualified. The insulation material is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.

 

The connector is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging with 325 pieces per reel. It includes a pick and place pad for automated assembly. Mating connectors include Samtec SSW, SSM, BCS, and others.
