The Samtec TSM-102-01-S-DV is a 4-position, 2-row unshrouded header from the TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for surface mount soldering. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 30µin gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.
This header is rated for currents up to 5.4A per pin when mated with Samtec SSM sockets, and up to 495 VAC when mated with BCS sockets. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The vertical orientation and 0.230" (5.84mm) post height make it suitable for board-to-board and cable interconnect applications.
The TSM-102-01-S-DV is lead-free solderable and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). It mates with a variety of Samtec socket families including SSW, SSM, BCS, and HLE. This part is part of Samtec's Extended Life Product (ELP) line, passing 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas testing and achieving high mating cycles.
