The Samtec TSM-102-01-S-DH-P-TR is a surface mount strip header from the TSM series, designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications. It features 4 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 2.54mm pitch and a right-angle orientation (horizontal pins). The connector uses 30µ" gold plating on the mating contacts and matte tin on the termination tails, ensuring reliable signal integrity and solderability.
This header supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The phosphor bronze contacts provide a current rating of up to 5.4 A per pin (depending on mating connector). The unshrouded design and push-pull fastening make it suitable for compact, high-density layouts.
The part is packaged in tape and reel for automated assembly and includes a pick-and-place pad for easy handling. The black LCP insulator meets UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Compatible mating sockets include SSW, SSM, HLE, and BCS from Samtec.
