The Samtec TSM-102-01-L-SV is a single row, 2-position, unshrouded male pin header from the TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for surface mount soldering.
The connector uses a black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator and phosphor bronze contacts with a 10µin (0.25µm) gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail. The post height is 5.84mm (0.230"). The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +125°C, with a material flammability rating of UL94 V-0.
Electrically, when mated with an SSM socket, each pin is rated for 5.4A (nominal with 2 positions powered). It supports up to 8 Gbps performance. The connector is lead-free solderable and part of Samtec's Extended Life Product series, passing 10-year Mixed Flowing Gas (MFG) testing and achieving high mating cycles (250 to 2,500).
