The Samtec TSM-102-01-L-SH is a 2 position, single row, 2.54mm pitch surface mount right angle unshrouded header from the TSM series. It features male square pins with a 10µin gold on post and matte tin on tail contact finish over 50µin nickel, with phosphor bronze contact material. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and supports up to 8 Gbps performance. It is an Extended Life Product (ELP) with mating cycles ranging from 250 to 2,500. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. Current ratings vary by mating socket: 4.7A with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS. Voltage rating is 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC when mated with SSM.
The part is packaged in tubes (115 parts per package) with tape and reel options available. It is lead-free solderable and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
