The Texas Instruments TSB12LV26PZT is an active PCI-based IEEE 1394 host controller. It is compliant with the PCI Local Bus Specification, IEEE Std 1394-1995, and the 1394 Open Host Controller Interface Specification (OHCI).

This controller provides the IEEE 1394 link function and supports serial bus data rates of 100M bits/s, 200M bits/s, and 400M bits/s. It operates with 3.3V and 5V PCI bus signaling and a 3.3V supply, with the core voltage internally regulated to 1.8V. The device features physical write posting of up to three outstanding transactions, a serial ROM interface for 2-wire devices, and external cycle timer control.

Fabricated using an advanced low-power CMOS process, the TSB12LV26PZT is packaged in a 100-terminal LQFP (PZT) measuring 16 mm x 16 mm.
