TS339CN

The TS339CN from STMicroelectronics is a micropower quad CMOS voltage comparator. It is designed for applications requiring extremely low power consumption, with a typical supply current of just 9 μA per comparator. This device operates over a wide single supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 16 V, or dual supplies from ±1.35 V to ±8 V.

Key features include extremely low input bias and offset currents, high input impedance, and a fast response time of 1.5 ms for a 5 mV overdrive.
