TRF3750IRGP

The TRF3750IRGP from Texas Instruments is a high-performance PLL Frequency Synthesizer designed for demanding wireless applications. It covers frequencies up to 2.4 GHz and operates with a dual supply range of 3 V to 5.5 V. The device features a simple 3-wire serial interface for full programmability, including A, B, and R counters, and a dual modulus prescaler.

This synthesizer is ideal for designing the local oscillator portion of wireless transceivers, offering ultra-low phase noise and reference spur performance. It is packaged in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad and is designed for surface mount installation. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
