The device operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 4.5V to 5.5V and requires a 1.7V common-mode voltage for optimal linearity.
Packaged in a 24-VFQFN (4x4 mm) with an exposed pad, the TRF370417IRGET is designed for surface mount applications. Its implementation as a double-balanced mixer, coupled with a differential to single-ended converter and an integrated RF amplifier, allows it to drive a single-ended 50-ohm load without external components. The modulator is built using Silicon Germanium technology.
