The Texas Instruments TRF1122IRTMT is a 2.5-GHz integrated up-converter RF mixer. It performs up-conversion in 2.5-GHz radios for MDS, MMDS, and WCS applications. The device integrates an IF amplifier, mixer, and LO buffer amplifier, with provisions for an external image reject or band-pass filter.
