The Littelfuse TPSMF4L30A is a 400W unidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 30V and a clamping voltage of 48.4V at a peak pulse current of 8.3A (10/1000 µs waveform). The device offers fast response time of less than 1.0 ns from 0V to breakdown voltage.
This TVS diode is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and is UL497B recognized for isolated loop circuit protection. It provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. The device is halogen-free, RoHS3 compliant, and has a flammability rating of V-0.
