The Vishay TPSMB30AHE3_A/H is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high-reliability applications. It offers 600W of peak pulse power dissipation with a 10/1000 μs waveform and features excellent clamping capability with a very fast response time.
This TVS diode is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting. Its operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 185°C, making it ideal for automotive and high-reliability requirements. The device comes in a DO-214AA (SMB) package.
