The Littelfuse TPSMB220A is a 600W, unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for automotive and high-reliability applications. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and offers reverse standoff voltage of 185V and clamping voltage of 328V at 1.9A peak pulse current using a 10/1000 µs waveform. The device provides fast response time (<1 ns) from 0V to breakdown to protect sensitive electronics from lightning and other voltage transients.
This TVS features excellent ESD protection of 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2, and is IEC 61000-4-4 EFT compliant. Its DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with matte tin lead-free plating is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and meets MSL Level 1. The junction operating temperature ranges from -65°C to 150°C (for breakdown voltages above 91V).
