The Vishay Dale TPSMA13AHE3_B/H is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high-reliability applications. It features a 400W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform and excellent clamping capabilities.
This TVS diode is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. Its junction passivation is optimized with passivated anisotropic rectifier technology, and it offers a high temperature capability of 185°C TJ, making it suitable for automotive requirements. The device is available in uni-directional polarity only.
Packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) case, the TPSMA13AHE3_B/H is designed for surface mounting. It meets MSL level 1 requirements and is AEC-Q101 qualified, indicating its suitability for automotive applications. The terminals have matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102.
