The Texas Instruments TPS75005RGWR is a dual 500-mA low-dropout (LDO) regulator with integrated supply voltage supervisors (SVSs). It is optimized to supply TI's C2000 MCU series, including F2833x, F2823x, F281x, and F280x/F2801x.
This device features two LDOs with independent soft-start capabilities. LDO1 and SVS1 support 1.8 V/1.9 V selectable outputs with ±5% accuracy and a power good signal. LDO2 and SVS2 provide a 3.3 V output, also with ±5% accuracy and a power good signal. The input voltage range is from 3.75 V to 6.5 V, with a typical quiescent current of 0.175 mA.
The TPS75005RGWR includes preset power-up and power-down sequencing for C2000 MCUs and supports C2000 MCU transient response with two 10-µF ceramic output capacitors. It is housed in a 20-VQFN (5x5 mm) exposed pad package, suitable for surface mounting.
