The Texas Instruments TPS73616DBVR is a high-accuracy, ultra-low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed for portable and battery-powered applications. It features an NMOS pass transistor topology, providing stable operation with or without an output capacitor and offering low reverse leakage current.
