The power management section includes three efficient step-down converters (VDD1 up to 1.4A, VDD2 at 600mA, VIO at 700mA) and ten external linear LDOs for clocks and peripherals. It also features SmartReflex™ Dynamic Voltage Management.

 

For audio, the device offers a 15-bit linear codec with support for various sample rates, differential microphone inputs, headset and speaker drivers, and a 16-bit stereo DAC and ADC. Connectivity includes a USB 2.0 OTG-compliant HS transceiver and a Bluetooth interface.

 

Additional features include a charger for Li-ion and other battery types, LED drivers, a 10-bit MADC with multiple inputs, RTC and retention modules, and a keypad interface. The device operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is supplied in a 209-NFBGA package and is surface-mountable.
