TPS65632RTER

The Texas Instruments TPS65632RTER is a specialized power management integrated circuit designed to provide the necessary supply rails for AMOLED (Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) displays. This device is capable of generating three distinct output voltages: V_POS, V_NEG, and AV_DD, which are critical for driving display panels.

With an input voltage range from 2.9 V to 4.5 V, the TPS65632RTER integrates multiple power conversion topologies, including boost and buck-boost converters. It offers a V_POS output of 4.6 V with 300 mA current capability and high accuracy. The V_NEG output is an inverting buck-boost converter with a programmable voltage range from -1.5 V to -5.4 V, defaulting to -4 V, also capable of 300 mA. The AV_DD output provides either 5.8 V or 7.7 V with a 30 mA current limit, suitable for source driver voltage requirements.

It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and includes features such as excellent line transient regulation, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown for robust operation.
