The Texas Instruments TPS65123RGTT is a versatile single-inductor, quadruple-output TFT LCD power supply IC. It is designed to provide all necessary voltages for amorphous-silicon (a-Si) and low-temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) TFT-LCD displays.
The device accepts an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V. It features a main output (VMAIN) adjustable from 3.0 V to 5.6 V with a current capability of 25 mA, post-regulated for low ripple. Additionally, it provides a positive output (VGH) adjustable up to 20 V/2 mA and a negative output (VGL) adjustable down to -18 V/2 mA. An auxiliary 1.8 V/3.3 V linear regulator is also included.
