TPS62827DMQR

The Texas Instruments TPS62827DMQR is an easy-to-use, synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with a very low quiescent current of 4 μA. It utilizes DCS-Control topology for fast transient response and offers a high feedback voltage accuracy of 1% over the junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

This device operates with an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and can deliver up to 4A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.6V to 4V. It features a switching frequency of 2.2MHz and can achieve up to 97% efficiency. The internal power MOSFETs have a resistance of 26mΩ and 25mΩ.

The TPS62827DMQR is available in a compact 6-pin VSON-HR (1.5mm x 1.5mm) package, suitable for applications requiring high power density. It includes features such as power-save mode for light load efficiency, 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout, active output discharge, power-good output, thermal shutdown protection, and hiccup short-circuit protection.
