The Texas Instruments TPS61254YFFR is a 3.5-MHz high-efficiency step-up (boost) converter designed for battery-powered portable applications. It provides a power supply solution with a wide input voltage range from 2.3V to 5.5V and a fixed 5.0V output voltage.
This device achieves up to 93% efficiency at 3.5MHz operation and features low quiescent currents of 36µA in normal operation and 22µA in standby mode, extending battery life. It supports output currents up to 1A at 5.0V output with a 3.3V input, and up to 0.8A at 4.5V output with a 2.65V input. Peak output current can reach 1.5A.
