The total output current for the first voltage doubler must not exceed 40mA. The device quiescent current is less than 35 µA.

 

Designed with minimal external components, only five small 1-µF ceramic capacitors are required for a complete converter. It includes a supervisor with an open-drain or push-pull power good output. The TPS60302DGS is housed in a micro-small 10-pin MSOP (VSSOP) package, suitable for compact designs.
