The Texas Instruments TPS54972PWPR is a high-performance synchronous buck PWM converter designed for DDR memory termination voltage and active termination applications. As part of the SWIFT™ family, this integrated circuit simplifies design by including all active components on a single substrate.

Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 3V to 4V and an output voltage range from -0.3V to 7V. It can deliver a continuous output source or sink current of 9A, supported by 15mΩ MOSFET switches for high efficiency.
