Packaged in a 14-VQFN (3.5mm x 3.5mm) with an exposed pad, this converter is suitable for surface mount applications. It also incorporates overtemperature and hiccup current limit protection, monotonic start-up into prebiased outputs, and adjustable input undervoltage lockout.
