TPS3801K33DCKR

The Texas Instruments TPS3801K33DCKR is an ultra-small supply voltage supervisor designed primarily for DSPs and other processor-based systems. It monitors supply voltages to provide circuit initialization and timing supervision. This device asserts a push-pull RESET signal when the VDD drops below a preset threshold of 2.93V. The RESET output remains asserted for a factory programmed delay time of 200ms after the VDD returns above its threshold. The TPS380x family uses a precision reference to achieve an overall threshold accuracy of 2% to 2.5% and operates with a supply current of 9 mA.

This supervisor is available in a compact 5-pin SC-70 (SOT-323) package, measuring approximately half the size of a 5-pin SOT-23 package. It is fully specified over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The TPS3801K33DCKR includes a manual reset input (MR) and provides an active-low, push-pull reset output. Its applications include systems using DSPs, microcontrollers, or microprocessors, wireless communication systems, portable/battery-powered equipment, programmable controls, intelligent instruments, industrial equipment, and notebook/desktop computers.
