The Texas Instruments TPS3703A7125DSERQ1 is an automotive-grade window supervisor IC featuring a reset time delay. It is designed for systems operating on low-voltage supply rails with narrow supply tolerances.

This device offers a wide input voltage range from 1.7 V to 5.5 V with an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) of 1.7 V. It boasts high threshold accuracy of ±0.25% typical and ±0.7% over the operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The TPS3703A7125DSERQ1 provides fixed window threshold levels in 50-mV steps from 500 mV to 1.3 V, with additional standard voltage options available. Window tolerance ranges from ±3% to ±7%.

It features a low quiescent current of 7 µA maximum and includes internal glitch immunity and hysteresis to prevent false reset signals.
