The TPS3307-25DGNR from Texas Instruments is a micropower supply voltage supervisor designed for circuit initialization in DSP and processor-based systems. This device features three monitored supply voltages with selectable threshold options including 1.25V, 1.68V, 2.25V, 2.93V, 4.55V, and adjustable. It offers a fixed reset time delay of 200ms, eliminating the need for external capacitors.
The supervisor operates within a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V and has a maximum supply current of 40µA. The RESET output is defined from VDD ≥ 1.1V. Key features include complimentary outputs, manual reset capability, separate VDD and sense pins, and undervoltage monitoring only. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
